The awards keep coming for my fantastic team of graduate students! Adam Coulter has won a Robert Hodder Travel Award and Anna Chanou a R&R Lumsden Award, both given by the Department of Earth Sciences at Western.
Tanya Harrison has been awarded a prestigious Amelia Earhart Fellowship, which “helps talented women, pursuing advanced studies in the typically male-dominated fields of aerospace-related sciences and engineering, achieve their educational goals.”
And double congratulations to Anna Chanou, who is a recipient of one of this year’s Barringer Family Fund for Meteorite Impact Research awards!
Congratulations too to Bianca D’Aoust, who has been awarded a prestigious Schmeelk Foundation Scholarship. The goal os this scholarship is “to build tolerance and understanding between anglophone and francophone Canadians”.
Way to go team!
